Description
The Quality Engineer will ensure that QSR regulations are met. This Quality Engineer will demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of Quality regulations within a medical device organization and be able to work in a team environment.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Validation/verification testing in compliance with Quality regulations
- Quality review of records, procedures and necessary documentation to ensure procedures are compliant
- Corrective action planning, failure analysis and root cause analysis
- FMEA skills
- Review Non-Conformance reports
- Manage capital projects associated with the manufacturing process
- Understanding of the statistical process and methods improvement.
The Quality Assurance Engineer should have most of the following:
- BS in Engineering - Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial
- Medical Device experience
- FMEA experience and Quality System Regulations knowledge
- New Product Development experience preferred
- CAPA background preferred
