Mandatory Tech/Functional
- Have 5 year experience leading/working in a successful support team.
- Have 5 year experience in troubleshooting and resolving complicated issues
- Excellent UNIX & SQL Server skills
- Excellent critical/analytical thinking skills
- Experience working in Windows operating system environment
- Highly proficient at creating documentation for end user's and business owners
- Background in Hardware and software support
- Basic understanding of networking
- Ability to review log files use the information contained in the log files to write SQL queries in order to resolve mission critical production issues.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively between technical & non-technical personal
- Experience in supporting users in multiple demographic locations
- Highly skilled in time management and creating timeline predictions
- Experience with Microsoft Office professional software products
Desirable Tech/Functional
- Certification
- Collaborated with vendors to ensure timely support
- Experience in working in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Participated in on-call rotation to provide 24x7 technical support
- Bachelor of Science in Computer science, Information Services
