3+ Years of IT development experience WebSphere Commerce Development experience at multiple clients Agile Programming Development Methodology
Summary:
Responsible for the support and maintenance of company web sites.
Education/Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience and/or education - preferred. 6-8 web administration experience. Experience supporting a multi-tiered corporate web site - preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong Unix experience. Strong Unix Scripting experience. Knowledge of Linux, AIX and/or Solaris operating system(s). Production and customer focus. Familiarity with JAVA. Familiarity with NT, networking protocols, and general web programming languages. Strong communication and analytical skills. Must have a strong command of the English language written and oral. Good understanding of the software development process. Willing to learn new technologies. Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administration and operational support, firmware updates roadmap, troubleshoot, alerts, monitoring and automated recovery. Monitor for service availability supporting business operations. Development scripts to provision, monitor, and manage the enterprise environment. Set up new communities and managing user roles. Performs other duties as assigned.
