Description
My client are looking for a highly motivated CRM Consultant who will be running CRM implementations across various business units and geographies. This is a key role within the team and the successful candidate will work with the various global business & Technology groups in the UK, Europe & Asia to gather business requirements for CRM and than taking these further for enterprise wide implementation.
Your key accountabilities:
*Managing and driving the CRM strategy across multiple Lines of Business
*Delivering Design for the new CRM system based on functional and integration requirements
*Enterprise wide and end to end CRM Implementation experience across multiple Business Units and Geographies
*Exposure to any structured software development life cycle methodology (preferably Agile or Iterative development)
*Exposure to data management and data life cycle management
