Description

Helpdesk Support Analyst required to deal with level 1 and some level 2 support calls. You will operate in a busy IT department that has a national focus. You will provide 1st level IT support (also work with the level 2 support team), deal with IT calls in a prompt and timely manner, monitor IT systems, schedulers, statements, and backups. You will also deploy and configure new PC's, manage back up tapes, liaise with third part vendors. This is a role for a major financial services firm that has grown exponentially over the last 12mths.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE SOLID TECHNCIAL SKILLS PROVIDING FIRST LEVEL IT SUPPORT ACROSS A HOST OF MICROSOFT APPLICATIONS (AD, MS SERVERS, OS's, NETWORKS). YOU WILL ALSO HAVE SOLID HARDWARE SUPPORT EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE

This Role is a Contract Role for a min of 3 months - 3 days a week (full-time)
