Communication & Engagement Manager - Rolling out Change - ProcurementOur well known broadcaster requires a Communication & Engagement Manager to actively manage a spend category with the senior category manager. This will involve developing a strategy for the procurement and development of a category and manage the resources needed to procure and develop a category.
Influencing key stakeholders and customers is also key.
Deliver to a range of category objectives, including financial savings and the optimisation of the P2P process, representing procurement in both the internal and external markets.
You will develop the Procurement Communications Plan in line with Procurement's Sourcing Plan.
Devise and produced communications to support Procurement's key change management projects including Expenses roll-out and SAP upgrade.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of rolling out Communications and Change impact analysis on major projects is essential. Strong Communication and writing skills - good creative mind Previous experience of measuring communications. We are looking doer not someone heavily into strategy, will need experience but need to be more hands on Production background would be massively beneficial. Strong academic record, ideally professionally qualified, good analytical/data skills, interest and awareness of categories, awareness of procurement practices, well rounded team player with excellent Customer Service Skills.
