Description
My client, a leading company in its field, is looking for a Network & Security Administrator to join for an initial 6 month contract to support the existing Infrastructure as well as help out on delivery of a number of Infrastructure projects.
The position has arisen as the client is currently undergoing restructuring and is looking to re-organise their network solutions.
As a Network & Security Administrator you will be required to provide 2nd and 3rd level support, look after business continuity and disaster recovery planning as well as make sure all the issues are solved in an effective manner.
You will be joining a vibrant team of 12 engineers who are looking after the internal and external infrastructure. The team is responsible for delivery of the projects as well as BAU support. They support 12000 users and 180 sites across Australia & New Zealand.
To be considered for the role you will require the following:
- Experience in a medium to large scale environment in a Level 3 Network Security role
- Strong knowledge of Cisco routing and switching
- Experience with Cisco ASA
- Strong troubleshooting skills
