SQL Server Database Designer/Developer - BankingAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Database Designer for a leading Investment Bank based in the city of London. They will be working closely with BA's and PM's confirming conceptual designs, completing logical and physical data mart designs for client reporting solutions. They will be responsible for the for the database development and design with a heavy focus on Table, triggers, stored procedures, T-SQL, Views etc.
They will work closely with the DBA teams to ensure performance of the data marts meet the requirements as well as working with the Server teams to ensure the hardware resources are allocated to the database to ensure high resilience and performance tuning.
This is an excellent opportunity for a database designer to define the entire database design and make a real difference to the business.
