The seniorNET Developer will have a passion for web development and practical experience working in the Internet space through a combination of professional experience and personal hobby work. You will have a strong desire to work in a highly energized environment and on cutting edge Internet technologies.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Sr. web application development using C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET
Reverse engineer code and work on certain projects that don't have a lot of documentation. This person will help on either the pricing models OR the shopping cart experience team
Re-architecting an enterprise platform, integration and making the site more searchable.
Must be self-motivated and self-sufficient; able to take over projects, maintain the website
Front End development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Possess strong understanding of OO Design and be able to apply OO standards across implementation
Maintaining flexibility throughout the site design and production process
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of development experience or related coursework in a .NET environment
A working knowledge of Microsoft technologies: .NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, and works well in a team environment with excellent communication
Must have strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Having industry standard E-commerce experience would be a plus
