Communications and Engagement Manager - London

The Role:
Developing the Procurement Communications Plan in line with Procurement's Sourcing Plan.
Devising and producing communications to support Procurement's key change management projects including Expenses roll-out and SAP upgrade.
Working with colleagues to prepare and then sign-off on Delivery Plans.
Supporting the implementation of supplier, process and system changes through targeted communications.
Providing editorial approval across our websites.
Pro-actively liaising with Internal Communications and the Press Office.
Producing the Procurement Bulletin 6-8 times a year.
Preparing robust briefings for spend data publication.
Responding to FOI requests.
Gathering, analysing and reporting on engagement data.
Monitoring, summarising and reporting feedback from customers.
Conducting customer surveys and implementing new feedback mechanisms into Procurement's services.
Benchmarking performance of services.
Embedding a customer focus culture into all of Procurement's activities.

Essential Experience
Previous experience of rolling out comms and change impact analysis on major projects is essential.
Must have strong Communication and writing skills - good creative mind
Previous experience of measuring comms
Production background would be massively beneficial
