Overview
The Transactional Banking Transformation Programme is looking to deliver a new TBT Core Platform

Responsibilities
The Communications Manager is responsible for planning, preparing and issuing any communications to colleagues, Command Centre participants and stakeholders relating to the Core Platform Transformation project and to cascade outcomes of go/no go meetings.

  • Manage overall colleague communications plan for the Global Payments (GP) elements of the TBT CPT workstream.
  • Liaise with TBT communications managers to ensure GP communications and approach are aligned to the wider TBT communications approach.
  • Prepare appropriate communications, in line with existing communications guidelines and principles.
  • Work with the Implementation Manager, Project manager and business stakeholders to identify impacted colleagues and issue communications as appropriate.
  • Work with the Global Payments governance bodies to ensure all communications adhere to the appropriate standards and to ensure appropriate sign offs are received.
  • Ensure that the communications plan and timeline is available to and understood by the Global Payments business and governance bodies.
  • Ensure communications are cascaded to the appropriate audience on time.
  • Produce status updates to the Implementation Manager and business stakeholders
  • Work with the training manager to form the picture of the Global Payments Colleague journey.
  • Issue updates on completion of key communications milestones

  • MI reporting around communications
  • Ensuring communications adhere to guidelines and standards and ensuring that all project team members are aware of and adhere to these standards.
  • Cascade of communications to appropriate audiences.
  • Experience of communications on large scale transformation programmes.
  • Experience on projects within the Financial Sector.
  • Experience working in Electronic Payments
