Description
A hands on Genesys Consultant is urgently required to work for a Global System Integrator on a 3-6 month contract in Paris.
- Experience required; 2 years in the contact center Genesys (Avaya a plus)
- Writing functional and technical specifications
- Hands on Genesys integration experience
You will have 2 Years plus of hands on Genesys implementation experience.
You will also have experience with the following:
- Conversation Manager
- Genesys SIP
- Genesys Voice Platform (installation)
- Outbound Voice (OSC)
