Our ambition is to grow strongly in the business segment. Focus is on the (small) business segment (SoHo, VSE, SMB). In this (almost) saturated market, CRM plays an important role in realizing these ambitions.

Within the Department of Business Marketing is looking for a motivated and experienced Interim Marketing Manager CRM (temporarily) becomes part of the Customer Value Management team. The aim of this team is to increase the turnover and profitability of our business base to increase. To achieve this, the team focuses on increasing customer loyalty, increase customer lifetime value and improve customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

The interim manager we are seeking will be responsible for projects/activities aimed at reducing churn among our most valuable customers. He will lead in managing churn-reducing actions and campaigns and works closely with colleagues within and outside of business marketing for streamlined implementation of those activities.

The proposed interim manager has achieved proven success in CRM field, is customer driven and strong analytical skills. It can quickly translate ambitions into activities to be undertaken and sends - from his Marketing role - effectively to the achievement of objectives. She/He can customer and organizational interests balancing good and knows insights from such customer research and analysis to translate into activities.

Training & Experience

HBO/WO working and thinking level
Spacious Marketing CRM experience at least 8 years ao with Churn Management
Experience preferably in business (telecom) market
