Description
Global Digital and Direct Marketing agency seeks a Finance Controller to join their team in January on an initial 9-month contract.The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with experience in a media or marketing background.
The Role:
Overall responsibility for accurate and timely reporting of monthly financial statements to management and the agency's parent company
Leading the finance team and its development
Producing consolidated group reports including analysis on business KPIs
Review of Management Accounts, Balance Sheet and P&L account
Providing support to management on preparation of annual budget and quarterly re-forecast
Supporting Directors in providing information on clients' budgets and billing requirements
Preparing statutory accounts
The Person:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
Previous experience as a Financial Controller is essential, preferably within the wider media sector
Experience of using SAP is desirable
Commercially focused and thrives on improving processes and the efficiency of current practices
