This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and expanding Hotel and Leisure company as a Web Conversion Manager.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for driving improvements to the customer experience across the website and mobile portfolio through continual optimisation and the creation of clear and concise customer journeys in order to help improve conversion rates.

Key accountabilities for this role include:

Develop and propose ideas to deliver innovation for the websites in order to improve customer experience and optimise online conversion rates. Define and optimise the online user journeys and web requirements for key business projects based on best practise. Play an integral part in the delivery of any online customer-facing project implementation. Conduct remote and in-house usability testing to improve usability and functionality. Plan and execute an ongoing testing programme in order to optimise and refine the website and mobile portfolio. Monitor, oversee and report on departmental activities and provide relevant management information to the business.

Key skills and experience required to apply:

A passion for the online customer experience. Previous experience in e-commerce with a focus on conversion and optimisation for a high-volume e-commerce site. Knowledge of the development of optimisation plans which drive actionable improvements. Knowledge of analytics, branding, usability and conversion. Project management skills. Team management skills. Knowledge of AB testing and MVT tools and techniques.
