Completions Technical Sales Representative

This company is currently looking for a Completions Technical Sales Representative on a staff basis inPittsburgh,Denver,Bakersfield, andMidland. Primary service areas covered include multi-stage stimulation systems, liner hanger systems, intervention plugs, and Thru-Tubing products. Secondary areas may include Slickline and Wireline Fishing in addition to Thru-Tubing Fishing.

The Technical Sales position primarily drives the business relationship between the company and the client through their technical expertise, selling capability, and communication skills.

Job qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Sales/Marketing or Engineering preferred
  • 3+ years of oilfield sales/marketing/engineering/operations experience
  • Extensive technical knowledge of company's products, services and applications in a competitive market
  • Solid general knowledge of Oilfield products and services and applications in a competitive market
  • Broad understanding of completions.
  • Must be willing to work extended hours and travel
  • Possess strong customer focus ideals and networking skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships and relate well with others
  • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products
  • Good problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Must be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
