SAP Project Manager ABAP/ BASIS Banking /FinanceLondon£80kImmediate and exclusive opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with excellent SAP project experience including SAP Upgrades and Implementations, to join my financial services client who are the world leaders in Derivatives, who are currently making multi million pound profits, and are investing this within their SAP ABAP and SAP BASIS platforms.
This is a permanent role with a salary of £65,000- £80,000 dependant on experience
Due to impressive growth, they are hiring for a SAP Project Manager to run bothGreenfield/ Brownfield projects and BAU updates and implementations/ You will have a lot of ownership and visibility within this role as you will have direct relationships with both the financial business, and the IT Development team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a technically strong SAP Consultant/ Developer who may be looking for their move into project management, or someone who is currently a project manager within SAP, but wants more ownership and responsibility within a growing, ambitious financial business
Requirements
Experience Within
* SAP project experience of upgrades / implementations
* SAP functional knowledge e.g. finance / sales / HR /reporting
* SAP technical experience (ABAP & Basis)
* SAP change control knowledge and experience
* Project status reporting
* Understanding of the ASAP methodology (SAP specific methodology)
* Management of internal and external resources (consultants / contractors etc)
* Experience of writing functional specifications for SAP across different SAP functional sets
