My client is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner. interviews will be taking place with immediate effect.
The required candidate must have great attention to detail, the ability to work independently and needs to be good with spreadsheets. Strong stakeholder management will also be of advantage.
Role description
- Traditional Business Partnering:
Monthly reporting, planning & forecasting and customer
liaison/ad hoc analysis and guidance.
- Reporting, planning and consolidation:
Providing a central function for all reporting requirements to various business partners and also to the broader Group Finance and community.
- Projects:
Predominantly required to support business initiatives arising in the Group's Functions.
Accountabilities:
- Monthly performance reporting for projects. Including investment and benefit tracking.
- Planning, budgeting and forecasting for projects.
- Actively monitoring the cost base for the Bank Branch Network
- Developing and maintaining month end cost processes for reporting
- Establishing and maintaining the integrity of cost reporting
- Investigation and analysis of key performance variances
- Providing advice and guidance to the networks and support in resolving queries
- Extraction, manipulation and analysis of data to produce ad-hoc MI to support business understanding and strategic direction
- Preparation of executive briefings for the Business Partners team
- Develop expert understanding of the network and its business issues to proactively identify and respond to customer need
Competencies:
- Qualified accountant.
- SAP, Excel, Powerpoint
