French Speaking In-House Recruitment Consultant (6 month Contract) - West London
French Speaking Recruiter
IS Recruitment are looking to attract a French speaking in-house recruitment for their global client and their business operation based in West London. You will be working as part of their in-house recruitment team and will be focussed on attracting candidates into their pharmaceutical teams throughout France and other European regions.
The role is for an initial six month contract paying £175 to £200 per day. For the ideal candidate, a start date of January 2013 (or ASAP) has been targeted.
Skills:
- Must be fluent in French and have business level communication skills in English
- Experience of recruiting across Europe would be beneficial, as you will be responsible for reporting on recruitment activity across a number of European territories
Requirements:
- You will partner with hiring managers and the HR Department to develop a systematic and clear recruitment strategy to fill 20-30 new positions every 6 month period
- Positions will vary in scope and level across the company, from Research & Development, to Commercial operations and General & Administrative including Finance, IT, and HR
- Responsible for the life cycle of the recruiting process. Emphasis will be placed on direct contact to potential candidates, industry networking, utilizing internal referrals, and the use of advertising to attract a diverse pool of top talent
Experience:
- Solid and proven experience in executive search and/or agency recruiting.
- Experience as an in-house recruiter in the biopharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Strong experience with Internet Job Boards, the utilization of company referral programs, and networking to achieve recruiting results
- Significant experience with screening, interviewing, and managing the offer process
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS Systems would be a plus
Candidates will be ideally degree educated, preferably with an emphasis on direct sourcing and attraction of candidates; and be able to clearly demonstrate in their CV, a successful career in candidate attraction and management through the full recruitment life cycle.
