Employee Relations Consultant/3 Month Contract Rolling Contract/South East London/Immediate Start/£350 per day
Employee Relations Consultant needed for a rolling three month contract for a highly regarded Utilities company, to be based South East London.
An experienced ER Consultant who has a strong background of establishing effective employee and TU (Trade Union) relations and is used to working in both a Matrix management and project environment. You will be required to design and deliver the ER Strategy to support the deployment of Smart Metering in Energy Field Services. This strategy will focus on creation of new terms and conditions, employee engagement and consultation and the required negotiation with the Trade Unions.
The ideal candidate will have Trade Union knowledge coupled with broad knowledge of employment legislation and project management skills. You must also have strong influencing and negotiating skills.
You must be able to quickly understand the current Employee Relations landscape and understand the make up of the current collective agreements. You will be reviewing the existing trade union strategy and engagement plan, whilst supporting Senior Stakeholders and negotiations.
