- Responsible for entering data elements (eg LOVs, Objectives, Targets, User Access) needed to support system functions and providing adhoc data reports.
- Responding to Tier 2 level application function questions from business users across regions.
- CRM User Administration
- Create User accounts
- Manage User profiles
- CRM System Parameter Maintenance
- CRM Reporting
- CRM User Support
- Tertiary qualifications is preferable however not mandatory.
- A health or pharmaceutical background - Essential.
- Experience with CRM related applications, specifically Veeva or Sales Force.Com
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills, analytical and attentive to detail.
