Job description:
In line with company and divisional objectives, to provide business support to multiple moderate to complex planning units in the area of financial, staffing, project management and performance monitoring ensuring accurate and appropriate analysis in regards to investment or operational decisions.
Scope of work:
Looking for an experienced finance and budget analyst for the Programme
Management Office.
Duties include:
- Coordinate, facilitate, follow-up and consolidate annual budgets in terms of OPEX, CAPEX and staffing for multiple departments;
- Coordinate the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly & yearly financial, budget and staffing reports for the largest client's division with matrixed relationships;
- Translate financial business analysis into presentations and present to senior management;
- Contribute to board level reporting for the Office of the CIO;
- Identify and validate opportunities to improve internal processes to support the business, coordinate process improvements within the team and across departments;
- Good understanding of and experience with IT departments, processes, projects and technology in order to relate comfortably with IT staff and management and the underlying business.
