We are looking for 4 Senior Account Managers to joi our prestigious client.
Purpose of the Job:
To build and maintain customer relationship, develop sales and business with current and new customers, achieve sales target
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Development of sales and business with current clients.
- Development of new business opportunities across the telecom industry
- Development of strategic relationships between the company and customers at all levels.
- Managing the sales team to achieve the KPI targets and meet the budgets requisition internally for all projects
- Managing the day to day operational and business development relationship with clients' in-line with the company values providing direction and support, and prioritizing activity in order to optimize business results and opportunities
- Capturing, recording and reporting on key technical, demographic, environmental, market, economic and financial data/information, which can be used to define, develop and improve operation throughout the customer base
- Candidate should be South African national
- Should have atleast 5-8 years relevant experience in a Telecommunication company or IT Consultancies/Service Provider
