Description
ITSM Architect (Remedy/BMC/CMDB/Tivoli/Netcool/Engineer/System) - Our client requires someone with experience in the design and implementation of BMC Remedy (Trouble Ticketing and helpdesk NMS solutions) to join a long term project in Norway.
Candidates will have 5 years+ experience designing and scoping solutions such as BMC Remedy, Atrium, IBM Tivoli/Netcool, virtualisation, Networking and Oracle DBs ideally within a Service Provider or Telco.
The chosen applicant will be responsible for swapping an existing IT Service Management software platform. This is to include requirements gathering, design, integration and platform recommendations to senior management.
12 month initial contract with option to renew.
