Description
I am currently looking for an experienced NCR level 1 support and administration consultant to work on a 12 month extendable contract for a market leading client of mine in Johannesburg, South Africa.
All applicants MUST have valid work authorization for South Africa.
For NCR support, level 1 support and administration resource shall perform the following:
NCR MPRAS O/S Installation and configuration;
Raid configuration;
System partitioning;
Create file systems;
User creation and password reset;
Network configuration;
Install manager and configure the menu;
Install the MF Cobol license;
Apply system security fixes;
Perform system backups;
Perform system restores;
Configure system parameters for the Bankmaster application;
Configure system parameters for the Sparrow application;
Connect the Server (Sparrow) to the HSM (Hardware Security Module); and
Provide level 1 support for UNIX (AIX) outages.
