Description
The successful candidates will work as part of the Solutions Design team across a range of projects to design solutions that meet the requirements of the business and align with the overall IT strategy and architecture.
Required skills/experience include:
- Ability to produce concise, clear and accurate designs that meet business requirements and can be implemented successfully
- Proficiency with modelling techniques and tools - including conceptual, logical and physical Datamodelling/entity-relationship modelling, ETL design, UML notation
- High degree of technical knowledge across a wide range of platforms, products and technologies
- Detailed knowledge of/experience with Microsoft technologies including Windows, Office, .NET/ASP.NET, Sharepoint, SQL Server, Analysis Services, Reporting Services, PowerPivot
- Significant analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills
- Good verbal, interpersonal, and written communication/presentation skills
- Previous experience working in a regulator or large financial institution is desirable
- Experience with Business Intelligence/analytics solutions would be advantageous
