Role: Programme Manager/Director- Banking Products
Duration: 6-12 Months.
Location: Prague, Czech republic.
Skills & Description:
- In depth understanding of core banking (retail and commercial) business processes and functional areas; experienced in relevant technology solutions (products and solutions) to resolve complex business problems
- Experience with FlexCube, Temenos, MISYS, SAP Core Banking, Fidelity or any other core banking package
- Been involved in 1+ end to end core banking transformations.
- Should have real good depth to engage with Product Teams (SAP, Temenos, MISYS, and Oracle implementations a big plus)
- Should be able to manage large scale transformations - should have been a program director over one large scale banking transformation
- Track record of intellectual leadership in one or more areas of banking
- Able to build service offerings in core banking
- Promotes thought leadership in area of expertise, which is core banking
- Should have over 12+ years overall experience, all in Financial Services with most
- Ability to interact in at a CxO level
