My client, a leading global pharmaceutical and healthcare company are currently looking for a Process Commissioning Manager to be based in Ireland on a 12 month contract.

The Process Commissioning Manager is responsible for commissioning and operational qualification (OQ) of applicable projects / changes and production support of Performance Qualification (PQ) activities.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement GEP Commissioning Plan.
-Allocate resources for commissioning process.
-Be responsible for all process commissioning activities throughout the project.
-Coordinate all parties involved in commissioning.
-Ensure commissioning execution is in accordance with GEP.
-Be responsible for the approval of the list of C&Q tests (Installation Verification (IV), Operational Verification (OV), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Testing (PT) and Performance Qualification (PQ)
-Be responsible for the approval of OV and OQ test protocols.
-Specifically organise the commissioning of facility, establish Commissioning Plan, follow it through and prepare handover of systems to the Operation Manager.
-Working outside normal hours may apply occasionally.
-Must have a relevant engineering degree (chemical, process, mechanical)
-Minimum of 5 years experience in process commissioning & qualification in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry.
-Must have familiarity with unit operations involved in the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
