A major biotech organisation currently requires a Quality Assurance Officer to join their team. You will be working closely with manufacturing, validation engineering, quality control, technology and logistic departments to assure all are compliant with all regulatory statutes, including state, federal and international regulations, and company policies that govern safety testing and manufacture of drugs for the health care industry.

Skills/Knowledge:
*Good working knowledge of cGLP/cGMP/cGCP in a regulated environment - European regulations / US regulations
*Good working knowledge of manufacturing/QC/TY/PL/F&E processes and the application of quality principals
*Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
*Good interpersonal skills
*Should be able to work with and try to resolve interpersonal relationship problems within the departmental organization
*Must clearly transmit information
*Must be able to accept and manage change within the organization
*Maturity should be moderate to high
*Good presentation skill and writing skills
*The ability to speak Dutch is advantageous but not essential

Experience:
*Preferably a Bachelor`s or Master`s degree
*Relevant experience in a Quality function (inspection/audit/compliance/control) within a regulated environment is essential
*Experience of working in a health care manufacturing environment

Qualifications:
*Bachelors or Master`s degree in Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry, Pharmaceutical and/or Bio-techniques or Industrial Engineer Chemistry. (or equivalent by experience)
