Ihre Aufgaben:
- Provide a 2nd level support to users on a broad range of applications
- Propose ways of improving overall quality of service and reduce in volume of incidents
- Define or improve monitoring of applications
- Define and implement operating procedures and operability on new and existing applications
- Comply to change management procedures in defining, planning and implementing change in such a way that service disruption is minimized
- Communicate risks and issues, including following appropriate escalation procedures
Ihre Qualifikation
- Strong experience in an IT banking operational environment in an application support role
- Good notion of fiscal reporting (performance, P/L, statements, …) and financial instruments, banking operations and reporting
- Experience with an Operational Data Store
- Development/support experience with PL/SQL Oracle et TSQL Sybase, Unix (Korn shell, Bourne shell)
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, change management methodologies, incident/problem solving methodologies
- Unix scripting (ksh, sh) , PL/SQL scripting, TSQL scriptingm, Sybase IQ, Oracle
- Knowledge of an ETL tool and cloud computing
