My West Midlands client have a current Contract requirement, which they are offering to be worked on a remote basis, following an initial 1-2 day on-site briefing.The role they have in mind is for someone to take the code for a Windows XP driver for a PCI card and create a windows7 compatible version of the driver. The PCI card has a TI1410 chip on it that converts the Cardbus output to PCI, this chip is automatically recognised by Windows 7.
The original driver was written using Compuware Driver Studio 3.2.
The suitable candidate will have experience of creating drivers using the Windows Driver Kit and also of using driver development toolkits such as Jungo's WinDriver.
