Description

An ICT Trainer required to for 6 months to work within a Government department.

Be responsible for designing, developing, evaluating and coordinating a large volume of training activities.

The training that you design will be undertaken by a large range of internal and external stakeholders.

SKILLS

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment;
  • Documentation experience (including training reference guides and handbooks);
  • Prior experience with presentations (MS PowerPoint);
  • Excellent grammar and spelling skills;
  • Ability to deliver clearance and concise training;
  • Use of interactive and engaging training techniques;
  • Gathering training requirements; and
  • Previous facilitation of 1 day training course/s.

DUTIES

  • Design, development and evaluation of a one day training course and materials to educate identified stakeholders;
  • Development of internal security training for staff;
  • Creating presentations including PowerPoint presentations and Speaker Notes for external stakeholders; and
  • Produce relevant handouts for internal/external participants to take away from training including a Reference Guide and handbook.
