Description
A major blue chip company is looking for a Commercial Manager to join a major Technology Transformation programme.
The role will involve providing commercial advice on technology supplier management matters to senior managers and business stakeholders, leading on the resolution of commercial issues and commercial negotiations for significant new business. This will include providing commercial operational and administrative support for technology contracts.
Candidates must have
*A strong background of both commercial and contract management
*Experience managing high value contracts for major organisations
*A strong background dealing with major technology and Telecom vendors
*Outstanding knowledge and experience of technology contracts
*Demonstrable negotiation skills and utilising technical, commercial and legal information with the ability to achieve the desired outcome.
*Proven experience of leading negotiations with staff, customers, partners and suppliers.
*Proven expert in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
