Construction Telecom Project Managers - Scandinavian speaking

The consultants will maintain volume expansion in , and would offer qualified candidates as described in this request. Orders and contractor responsible contractor shall perform all purchases related to development projects, and track progress and economy of the dispatched work order. Description:
Orders and contractor responsible contractor shall perform all purchases related to development projects, and track progress and economy of the dispatched work order. Change management within agreed mandates included as a key element

Responsibilities:
Responsible for a portfolio of contractor purchases the assignment/project will be delivered on time and cost.
Receipt and control of work orders surface from production management/planning department.
Book orders, assembly/bundling of work orders as required.
Monitoring contractor from order to completion.
Active monitoring of contractor management and acceptance of received work orders.
Close monitoring of all ongoing work order/project on agreed milestones, completion date and economics. Manage change requests received within the current agreements between the parties and within the powers granted.
Significant changes to the technical solution approved/rejected in consultation with the Technical Planning.
Receive and approve/reject the request of the contractor for orders from the main stock.
Implement corrective measures in collaboration with the Production Manager and entrepreneur.
Participate in the preparation and conduct meetings with contractors when needed.
Active deviation/reporting to the Production Manager for changes that may affect the final dates or costs of the mission.

General Profile of orders and contractor managers:
It requires formal training in any of the fields of procurement, management, leadership, project management, economics or engineering sciences/college education.
Experience of similar work or in-depth knowledge about plan and development process can compensate for lack of formal qualifications.
Opening expertise in Telecom's contractor agreements and product purchases.
Expertise in supply chain, processes and guidelines for development of infrastructure.
Good general telecommunications expertise.
Knowledge/ability to organize, manage, control and evaluate a portfolio of small and large contractors.
Significant expertise in risk management both detailed and aggregated level
