FAB! New opportunity for a Communications Manager to work for a large telecommunications company based in Surrey.

This is a one month contract to start at the beginning of January, daily rate depending on your background.

As Communications Manager, you will be responsible for all internal and external communication to stakeholders to create strategy and provide content for communicating a new Change Management programme. This will initially be communicated internally however you will take the programme externally to customers.

You will work directly with local, regional and global operations, creating new social content.
This is a change management project that will look at Competence Development, Guiding Principles, Behaviours, Leadership Competencies, Communications & Stakeholder Plans and initiation of a Culture Audit.

The role:

Build a communication & stakeholder plan and follow it through to implementation
Assess the effectiveness of communication plan/content and stakeholder feedback
Expertise in building and developing Intranet/Social Media to reinforce and include all content on the MS Culture Change Programme
Active participation, assertive, become a change agent by reinforcing Culture through effective communications and stakeholder management


You will have experience of dealing with Senior stakeholders
Change Management experience
Prosci - a change management tool
Strategic and hands-on experience
Experience developing social media content
Hands-on delivery

If you have worked in a managed service environment within telecoms this would be advantageous although not essential.

Global experience would be useful as this programme will be rolled out across the States and Europe.
