Modis are seeking an excellent contractor to join our prestigious investment client's team as a Service Resilience Analyst. The successful consultant will be able to clearly demonstrate prior operational knowledge of working within a financial services/investment sector in the area of Service Resilience. Expertise in a wide range of disciplines is required - you must have a solid overall understanding and appreciation for complex IT infrastructure and architecture, and be committed to working within a busy environment providing first class contribution to the institution's Service/Business Continuity and Availability Management strategies. You should be able to identify and track/record issues/risks, identify current processes and forge new business process if required, and be an active solutions focussed team player. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are critical. Technically, you should be user level of Excel and Powerpoint. Ideally, any experience with Sharepoint Nintex workflow, access development skill and any excel coding would be desirable, but an aptitude and willingness to learn these skills will act as a suffice if not.
