Design/Product Lead Spafax Interactive is looking for a Design Lead to manage a team of designers and provide ongoing design and strategic counsel to their account partners in an effort to help address their client’s short and long-term business goals. The incumbent should have a strong grasp of the inner-workings of the account, the digital and design elements of any program initiatives. In addition, they should constantly be developing relevant design insights to help the account leads identify areas of growth/opportunity for the business’ digital platforms. The ideal candidate’s core responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing ongoing strategic digital design counsel, working closely with specialist/account staff to identify areas of digital opportunities within current initiatives and competitive actions while overseeing the planning and executing digital products. Responsibilities •Develop a strategy for our digital products and ensure its implementation and effectiveness. •Lead the design team to create functional and usable products that are relevant and engaging •Ensure that products meet client needs as well as market opportunities. •Gather all information directly or indirectly related to the product: usability studies, market studies, client surveys, competition audits, etc.; •Collect data on new product ideas and assess their potential; share and communicate the vision to other members; •Develop, brainstorm and collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop digital concepts and solutions •Document and wireframe product experience from start to finish to ensure all expectations are met and development is smooth •Lead product test environment to improve on design decisions with a strong lean on improving user experience and increasing traffic Requirements •3-5 years of experience in a digital, design or related field •Infallible eye for detail •Creative •Developed visual taste •5 years of relevant experience in marketing or product management; •Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. •Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to convince others to adopt new ideas on all organization levels; •Great presentation skills (oral and written), as well as great communication skills; •Strong analytical skills; •Ability to work with various stakeholders; must have good listening skills and be able to take several opinions into account; •Background in web production and development Application requirements Please include these elements in your application.
