THE ROLE will fundamentally consist of building up client portfolios through cold calling and networking. You will also oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, advertising, managing the interview process and acting as a mediator in negotiating a sale - the placement of your candidate!

The role of a Consultant involves:
  • Cold and warm calling new and existing clients
  • Building rapport and trust through client meetings
  • Writing ads
  • Searching our database for candidates
  • Networking
  • Preparing both candidates and clients for interview
  • Negotiating
  • Closing the deal


WE ARE LOOKING FOR highly ambitious individuals, preferably with previous experience in sales, who posses exceptional communication and selling skills. To be considered for this opportunity you must:
  • · Be of a graduate calibre or similar (ideally with a 3.0 GPA)
  • · Be motivated and driven by target orientated work
  • · Be confident and competitive
  • · Be capable of working in a pressured environment
