Connect 44 is currently recruiting for an experienced Front Office engineer to work in a prestigious telecoms company in Cairo.
Front Office Engineer:
Very experienced Front Office IP RAN Operation engineer whom worked before for IP RAN similar projects with min 2 Years of experience.
Scope for the Front Office Engineer will be working with O&M team to do the following:
1- 2nd level service assurance and Service fulfillment .
2- Provides technical support for the o&m Team .
3- Monitor TCU/SIU, And IP RAN alarms .
4- Investigate and troubleshoot the problems from the OSS on the TCU.
5- Investigate and troubleshoot all radio alarms BSC/RNC/Sites related to IPRAN
6- Define and monitor IP Radio KPIs.
7- Send regular reports about IPRAN transmission KPIs.
8- Experience with Ericsson vendor equipment mandatory.
