Our client, a large retail bank, is currently recruiting for operational complaints managers to join a large programme concerning the MIS-selling of interest rate derivatives
The ideal candidate will come from either a complaints or compliance background and should have an in depth knowledge of derivatives products. There are several roles available at different levels and the client is looking to on-board in early 2013 with interviews due to be taking place in January.
Key responsibilities:
- FOS liaison
- Review customer complaints
- Identify issues
- Draft initial answers for complaint Director's review.
Experience
- Complaints handling
- Retail banking compliance
- Interest rate hedging products.
