Senior End-to-End Business Analyst wanted for an immediate start on a 3 month project in Sydney. We are looking for someone to commence ASAP.You will join a world leading organisation in the Telecommunications space. As such you will have experience on mid to large-scale projects, coordinating many teams and clients across multiple project streams in order to meet tight deadlines and deliverables.
Joining this end to end delivery team, you will ideally have worked with PMO teams in the past and understand the processes and deliverables involved in the Telco space.
A persuasive and subtle achiever, you will have incredibly strong communication skills and influence. Able to communicate clearly and effectively across internal teams and external stakeholder's; anticipating challenges, handling objections, gathering and authoring complex Business Requirements.
The key skills and experiences required for this role are:
- At least 5 years experience in Business Analysis across medium to large projects
- Previous experience in the Telecommunication domain
- Solid understanding of Process Analysis and how to embed process in changing environments
- Experience with UML
- Stand out abilities in creating detailed Business Requirement Specifications, and Requirement Traceability Matrix' to solution design documents
- experience in creating and conducting requirements gathering workshops
- Experience in BRT planning, test case authoring and execution, and management
- Experience in applying user centred design testing techniques such as concept testing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, usability testing, wireframes and screen maps
- Excellent communication skills
