My client is one of the world's prime and most varied providers of expert technical services offering full support to numerous sectors across the globe. These include engineering, high risk industries, construction and government clients.As part of this multi-billion pound business the requirement to work in a senior capacity for a major client in the North East has arisen to provide CDM activities across major infrastructure projects.
The role will play a prominent role in leading and maintaining the client relationship as well as ensuring that project is delivered on time and within budget. It will be imperative that strong client relations are developed and maintained as well as providing sound and expert advice across the project.
It is essential that candidates have major project experience acting in the role of CDMc and have full understanding of CDM Regulations as well as managing the subcontractor pre-qualification process and the management of commercial and contractual risk.
