IC Mixed Signal Design Engineer/ 6 Month Contract/ Southhampton/£35-40p.h
An opportunity has arisen for a contract mixed signal designer to work in support of their IC design team.
Key Skills:
- Recognised degree in Electronics Engineering or Physics with Electronics IT / unix literate, able to use industry standard IC design tools (Cadence preferred) for schematic design, simulation, physical layout and verification.
- CMOS technology and foundry process knowledge.
- Complex analysis, modelling and problem solving.
- To work to specification and program schedule
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to apply information supplied to complete design and verification tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- To complete mixed signal design and development tasks.
- To generate and complete rigorous design verification tasks.
- To work to design processes and procedures.
