As part of part of a large programme of work in the Network Infrastructure space this leading Wealth Management house is looking for a number of experienced Voice Operations Specialists.

To assist in supporting the Voice technologies across the Asia-Pacific region the successful contractors will need to demonstrate a proven track record in working within the financial services industry as a voice specialist. In return you will gain exposure to a leading brand name, excellent technology environment and be able to work with some of the industry's top professionals.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer engineering or related discipline
  • At least 5 years work experience in either the financial or telecommunications industry with an excellent understanding of voice technologies.
  • Experience in operational support of Avaya, Nortel, Cisco Telephony, IPC and Nice.
  • Experience in regional carrier management.
  • Experience in infrastructure monitoring tools.
  • Experience in ITIL and defining documentation for operations support.
  • Experience in change, incident, and problem management.
  • Experience in capacity planning.
  • Experience with vendor management.
  • Proficient knowledge in regulatory requirements on IT infrastructure, security and local. regulatory requirements in Asia
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated team player capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work in non-office hour and be part of a team providing 7x24 on-call standby support.
  • Willing to travel when required.
