Description
As part of part of a large programme of work in the Network Infrastructure space this leading Wealth Management house is looking for a number of experienced Voice Operations Specialists.
To assist in supporting the Voice technologies across the Asia-Pacific region the successful contractors will need to demonstrate a proven track record in working within the financial services industry as a voice specialist. In return you will gain exposure to a leading brand name, excellent technology environment and be able to work with some of the industry's top professionals.
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer engineering or related discipline.
- At least 5 years work experience in either the financial or telecommunications industry with an excellent understanding of voice technologies.
- At least 3 year experience delivering large voice projects.
- Experience in implementing Avaya Telephony, Cisco Telephony, IPC and Nice designs.
- Experience in implementing Avaya Contact Center designs.
- Experience in regional carrier management.
- Experience in infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Experience in ITIL and defining documentation standards.
- Experience in change management.
- Experience in capacity planning.
- Experience with vendor management.
- Proficient knowledge in regulatory requirements on IT infrastructure, security and local regulatory requirements in Asia.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated team player capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in non-office hour and travel when required.
