Technical Skills:
- 2+ years recent experience developing Oracle Application Express applications.
- 5+ years total programming experience, developing user facing applications.
- Oracle Database PL/SQL experience.
- Oracle Database SQL experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated experience performing business analysis and application design.
