Description
Summary: the Systems Analyst will be responsible for advanced functional and user support, and application development, application project analysis and management as well as providing upper level assistance facilitating all application upgrades and departmental initiatives while ensuring data security and integrity in coordination with the Director of Corporate Systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- User support and training for the related ERP or data application(s) and other software applications as applicable;
- Provide second level or higher application support, including customization and development as needed;
- Ensure data integrity, system support and application security;
- Documentation of applicable application processes and procedures, modifications, and development as needed;
- Provide direction and support for lower level analysts work and projects;
- Provide analysis based recommendations for process improvements and take lead on application related projects;
- Enforce database integrity and security for all enterprise and application systems;
- Provide advanced input on disaster recovery initiatives, especially relating to application, ERP, and database recovery;
- Daily support of ERP or specific application systems to include maintenance and configuration management as required;
- Coordinate support on advanced technical issues with external tech support including submission of cases for analysis;
