Rate: $45-50/hr W2
Role:
- Provide Level II and III support on a worldwide basis via phone, email, web and remote access to customer sites where Cisco Unified Contact Center (UCC/IPCC) and other Cisco Call Center applications
Required Experience:
- 2 years experience providing Level II and III technical support for Call Manager, Unity, Cisco IPT, Cisco Contact Center/UCC/IPCC and Voice solutions
