Description
Rygon Corporation are currently recruiting on behalf of our Blue Chip Client an Oracle HRMS Consultant.
The contract is based in the booming city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is for 12 months plus
- Provide the First Line of support to Oracle HR Applications user
- Work with HRMS for each functional area requiring support
- Assist Business Users to understand the transactional flow and end results
- Transfer application knowledge to Business Users related to their day-to-day activities.
- In case of any bugs in the standard application, report the incident to Oracle via Meta Link.
- Follow-up of TARs on the Meta Link with Oracle.
- Test the Patch on the Test/Development Environment with the Business Users, before applying on the Production Environment
- Participate in gathering the Business User's requirements for any new functionality
- For external CRs, participate with Customer in revising GAP document and provide recommendation on GAP suitability to requirement and any adverse impact on existing system functionality.
- Ensure adequate documentation on all support activities are created and maintained within the team
- Resolve the 1st level support related incidents by responding to the helpdesk cases as per the Customer service delivery procedures, meeting the agreed KPIs.
- Provide regular feedback to the IT Outsourcing Manager and Customer applications manager on progress and key issues faced.
