Reward Manager/Implementation/Review Process/HR/Analytical/6 months/Immediate Start

Daily Rate:
* £250 - £275

The Role:
You will be working as part of the Group Reward and Policy team, the focus of the role is to support the Company Group Services Reward Manager and Head of Executive Reward on the delivery of Group Reward and Policy operational activities and special projects.
This role is ideal for a candidate with very strong analytical and presentation skills.

Key Activities:
*Manage and prepare for the annual salary review process across the Company Group Services entities:
*Lead the testing and implementation of the new functionality delivered on the Company Reward system and ensure it is fit for use.
*Evaluate the current benchmark salary ranges and prepare the relevant merit matrices.
*Develop and deliver HR Business Partner (HRBP) training and line manager training on the Company Reward system in advance of the ASR.
*Review system inputs for data accuracy and organisational structure validation.
*Undertake a full review of the current end to end process for job architecture.
*Put in place a robust process to ensure job architecture in SAP is correctly recorded going forward ensuring all affected parties are using the new process.
*Review current information in SAP and validate against the agreed job architecture in partnership with HR services team and HRBPs. Perform clean-up as required.
*Manage the annual salary review and declaration processes.
*Lead the annual benchmarking exercise
*Evaluate the competitiveness of compensation packages and prepare summary report
*Lead the annual declaration process of shareholdings and compensation.
*Gathering shareholding and compensation data from multiple sources
*Preparing communication to Executives
*Managing reporting timeline.
*Work with local Reward teams providing Group-level support on reward projects.
*Evaluate design and structural proposals for compliance with Group Reward policies.
*Support the development of projects, providing proactive support, input, and analysis into appropriate reward solutions, taking into account business needs and technical knowledge.
*Share ideas and expertise with the Group Reward and Policy team.

Technical/Professional Experience Required:
*Excellent understanding of how Reward fits into HR and interacts with the other HR departments.
*Very strong Excel skills and literacy using other Microsoft Office applications (eg Word and PowerPoint).
*Knowledge of SAP and HR systems for mapping roles within a complex organisation
*Experience in problem analysis, making judgements, developing recommendations, and communicating solutions.
*Operational Reward management experience in a complex environment.
*Strong communication skills.
*Professional approach with ability to influence and secure respect.
*Commercial understanding.
*Experience of working in a professional environment.
